For my current avvie, I'm going for a black and blue color scheme, but I'm having a little bit of trouble figuring this out. I want to keep the pitchman shirt and corset possibly.

try the simplistic blue flats under the gladiator sandals for the feet.

I'd layer Light Blue Sheer Pantyhose under your leggings, and then switched the blue jelly shoes to black flats (as previously mentioned) and layer Blue Lace-Up Sandals over those. Also try Hazel Morning Bell Cloth Belts under the black studded belt. Perhaps a Blue Flower Barrette, Elegant Crystal Tiara, or Blue Roseband for your hair?
