So heres the story: I like a guy in my home school group ( he and I are both home schooled and our group consists of like 10 other people ) He & myself are both 14 ( my b-day is on the 4th of feb, he's is on the 3rd xDD ) and about a month or two ago while at the park with the rest of the group he started dropping hints that he likes me. Talking to me more, walking around with me talking ( even though his friends were there ) including me in more activities, and stuff along those lines. So while we're playing volleyball with a few of his friends one of them says " Oh your protecting your girlfriend..." and he just said "what?" didn't say No or anything, and just kinda blushed. Now my friends ( around my age & girls ) he never talks too, the only girl he talks to is me in the group really. Now last Saturday the group had a dance at a friend's house and it was really cute. He was fallowing me around alot on the dance floor and when ever I sat down he sat down. He kept pushing for the slow songs and when one came on he asked me to dance, now I was really shy and we ended up not dancing that time, he asked me again to slow dance and I accepted and we danced. the whole time we where dancing he was making sure his mom wasn't watching and he was really shy about it ( in a cute way ) and everything. after that me and a friend went outside because I needed to get something out of my purse, and I was just about to open the door when he came outside with his shoes on and was like, " oh you're going back inside? " I said yeah and he went back in with me xD

I can tell he likes me ( at least a smidge )and everything but I'm still really shy about it, I mean nobody in the group has gone out before and I dunno if it would be weird. Plus I'm UBBBBER shy and stuff around everyone and I just want him to say he likes me so then we can live happily ever after ( or what ever xDD )

So what I need help with, how can I tell him that I like him? how can I entice him to tell me? get his attention etc. Sorry if this is stuff you've heard before, it's just I've never had a bf before and I have no idea on how this goes ._. & I see him on Tuesday :D

Personally I don't really think there is much you can do besides be patient. I don't think there's really any way to pressure him into telling you how he feels. It seems pretty obvious that he likes you, but maybe he's just waiting for the right moment.

Do you guys always hang out in a group together or at someone's house? Maybe he's a little bashful and knows that you're shy and is waiting until you guys are alone together. Or it could just be that he's nervous and afraid you'll react badly and say no if you feel embarrassed in front of your friends. And if you guys always hang at his house/your house/another friend's house, maybe he's scared a parent will walk in.

It seems like you're doing all you can by letting him know that you like him, so I guess time will tell. (: good luck !

i don't understand the double standard.

why do you expect him to flat-out tell you he likes you... but you can't seem to do it yourself? guys aren't superheros.

just tell him that you think he is really sweet yadda yadda and that you'd like to hang with him more if he is up to it.

I agree with shatzy. Take the first step, and be sure what's going on.

Well what would it hurt to tell him/ worst that happens is he says he doesnt like you back? But it sounds like he does. if you get to start a relationship, well then you will both be happy/ if you break up. well thats life.

I gusee you guys are right, I'm going to have to stop being so shy and actually do something about it ._.

Hopefully the right moment will come tommorow...
