Anyone here ever been to Cedar Point in Ohio?

I absolutely love it there. Since we live only an hour away from it, we go quite often. We as in friends and family that is.

My favorite rides are definitely Skyhawk and Demon Drop.

And I loved getting my face painted. I'll put a picture up later. c:

I've never been. :( I kinda wish though, cause I love amusement parks. I have NONE here, except a shitty fair that comes once a year (and it's such a big deal, it's like the second coming of christ). I once got to go to La Ronde, which is like a Six Flags in Montreal, which was pretty pimp.

I LOVE CEDAR POINT. I live in central Kentucky, so it's not too much of a drive to get up there. I don't like roller coasters so much, but I LOVE maXair. So fun. :D ...as long as I keep my eyes closed.

Aha, people in my town LOVE the county fair. IMO its sucks ass. In fact, last year there was a guy selling crack with hotdogs. Not kidding. XD

I LOVE Cedar Point! I used to live in Toledo, OH, and we usually went a couple times a year. I live in AZ now, and miss it a lot. I especially miss the fries - Bernardi's, I think they were called. This has been many years back so they may not have them any more, but they were awesome. :)

I may have gone to Cedar Point once, idk. All amusement parks kind of blend together for me. Obviously I am not a fan. :P

I want to go to Cedar Point so badly =/ I live in Indiana, so it's not like we have to drive five hours. It's just that no one can ever go x.x

And, I went there when I was young once. It's AMAZING. I only live like 45 minutes from there, though, and I haven't been back since.

Haha, actually, when we were in line for Disaster Transport coughboringridecough This couple behind were making out in line. When we got off the ride, my one friends said rather loud, ''Well, Ohio is for lovers!''

The only amusement park I've ever been to is the Sesame Street one in N.Y. I was 6, and it was REALLY fun. Especially the water rides. :o

EDIT: Oh yeah, and the amusement park in the Mall of America. :( I've been there a lot since my father's family lives in Minnesota. That one sucks though. They only have, like, 2 rides.

I go there all the time! I practically live in Sandusky so it's like a 15 minute drive :) My favorite coaster is the Raptor but this summer I'm gonna try to ride the Millennium Force and the Dragster. ^_^ Oh and the Skyhawk is awesome.

I'm weird. I'm scared in line and getting on the actual rollercoasters/similar rides, but when it's over I'm fine and I had fun. I just hate getting strapped in and going up. Idk.

I'd probably ride the drop, I love that ride!

Oh god yes I love Cedar Point!

Even though I live in Delaware, my family makes trips up there every few years.... we usually stay for a couple days actually at the park, so we can get in when they first open the gates. I totally love that place!

I haven't been for the new coaster they put in (Maverick, right?) but they were building it last time I was there. Otherwise, I've been on all of the coasters there :3 I adore Millennium Force! iIt's such a fun coaster, it doesn't let up on you at all, such a blast! Top Thrill is alright, but it's just sort of... up and back, you'know? Although the last time I was up we rode it just as the sun was setting, and it was pretty awesome coming over the top of that and having a split-second of beautiful sunset~

I plan on going to cedar point for my birthday in a couple of weeks. I live just a dew hours away in Ohio and I have been there several times. Each time I go, I try to face a new fear by going on a ride that scares me. Last time it was the Millenium Force. Maybe this time it will be the Dragster.....shudders. The one thing I don't like about the place is that there's so much cool stuff to buy, but it's all SO overpriced. Even the food.
