/lolol ignore the lame title.
So, this one board about rude people got me wondering; do people know what's considered good manners and what's not? Okay, so go ahead and say what you consider good/bad manners.
I consider someone drinking tea with their pinky sticking way out unpolite manners. :/

I consider someone talking loudly on the phone in public, not holding the door open for others who are in need of assistance (e.g. having their hands full), and talking with your mouth full while eating all to be examples of bad manners.
I consider good manners to be just the opposite of the examples listed above. :P
lol I thought that was how you were /supposed/ to drink tea. so that's why the queen hates me.
I don't like grabby hands near food. And bonecrushing handshakes. But seems like as long as you slap on a 'please & thank you' can get away with a lot. >_>
i hate it when people but in when your talking, or completely over take the conversation oh or when people don't listen

Except for talking with your mouth... it doesn't make sense? x3
That's REALLY annoying... especially when they start talking about sht you could care less about.
Lots of people think that, but I've been taught its rude. LOLMANNERSBATTLE But don't feel bad, those old-lady queens do much worse, bad-mannered things than you think o: -ahemslipbvodkaintoteaahem-

lmao. edited. xD
'___' i stick my pinky out while drinking, but it's not like -WHIPS IT OUT AND HITS SOMEONE IN THE FACE WITH IT- out.. sob. it's like.. natural habit too. i lift my pinky while i type, because my pinkies are too weak to press a button. -stares at hands unapprovingly-
as for bad manners.. i think if you're chewing, you should chew with your mouth closed and keep it quiet bro. unless there's some exception, you still don't have to chew with sound effects.
and not pushing chairs in at a restaurant or something seems rather poor in manners. ):
lol, is it just tea?
i consider talking on your phone almost ANYWHERE rude. unless you are in the bus/subway or something. but talking loud is always rude.
talking with your mouth full is also bad manners. it's disgusting how often people ignore this and just shove the food under their tongue to speak. it happens to often that i feel rude when i make people wait for me to swallow before i answer :/
At first I was confused but I soon knew what you meant. (:
Haha maybe I'm wrong. BUT YOU NEVER DEFY WHAT MOMMA SAYS. nonono :[ & yes,I think talking with your mouth full is considered rude too.
idk. :/ And I feel the same about the chewing and making people wait.

i dont really considering anything to be bad manners, except maybe talking on the phone or to someone else when you are in a one on one conversation.
; Like I said, MANNERSBATTLE. Bring it ooon.
I guess it's probably some idiotic Polish tradition or something. ;__; But I'm sticking with it being impolite.

duuude. Yesterday I saw you here in the CC and you had 30 posts. Now you have a hundred more. D;
Damn, you're a fast poster or something. :P
Anyway, I'm happy to see another rider around. I take it you jump? Best equestrian sport ever. ❤ I'm a jumper too.
ANYWAY.
I think people are really rude when they chew loudly. Gum or food. It's just so gross. Like, no one wants to hear that. :x
I also hate when people don't clean up after themselves and leave messes around.
OH. And I HATE when parents don't do anything about their screaming kids. It's so fucking annoying. Make them shut up. Pleeease. :c
; Yes. Jumping is the BEST EQ SPORT OUT THERE >D Hehe I'm so bored and the forums are a great place to vent and whatnot. :]
Have you ever been to Panera Bread? If not, it's a little cafe chain that sells great homeade like food. Anyway, it's also one where you have clean up after yourself and put your mugs and plates into these bins, and put your forks/knives/spoons into bins, etc. Reminds me of that.

I love Panera! We have a few where I live, plus some other cafes that operate in that manner. When I go there, it seems that everyone is busing their own dishes like they should. But yeah. It would be so rude if they just left their stuff on their table. :c
Yeah but some people prob don't know. :/ I think it's rude if you keep doing it.

It's all subjective, i just find it a bit silly to disagree (without proper reason) with what's been commonly accepted 'right' for many years
Don't want this to turn into some stupid dramatic battleI just wanted to get everyone's opinion (; But yeah it is a bit silly

I absolutely can't stand it when I'm visiting with someone/hanging out with them and they start texting. omfg.

My morals stand in a bucket of cement. AT THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN.
And I hate when people leave their food or dead bodies everywhere. It attracts all these bugs.

eurgh that happens to me too. :( Sometimes I don't get away with managing to swallow and I feel awful but none of my friends seem to care as long, they just want to know what I'm trying to say so conversation can resume.
At everyone who's talking about noisy eaters: I do this without even realising it and I think in my case it's because I produce a lot of saliva and it makes me "clack" when I eat. I'm not too bad with gum, though.
I hate it when people text during class; I don't mind so much when I'm in someone's company and they're texting, but I had a friend who would text constantly during one class and it used to annoy me so much, especially seeing as I was sat right next to her.
idk really, I think I generally believe in being polite and courteous to people (although I often forget my pleases, but I always say thank you).
