HAs aren't really 'important' they are just a nice feature.

I believe they are saying that due to the fact that they have a naked HA, people tend to treat them like a noob.

Well if you want nice clothes, just take your time, buy cheap clothes from shops, do quests, you can easily get great stuff, just take your time. If someone is being mean, just tell them, there's a REASON your nude. :D You're trying to buy clothes.

Also, some browsers don't work well with Subeta. Which are you using? (Firefox, Windows XP.....)

google now, I tried firefox3.5, internet explorer but still cant help it :) Im from singapore XD I usually speak chinese so my english are bad lol :P

new as I use for around 2 years and got update XD yah is odd for only me, I try scanning virus and everything that staff teach me patiently but to no avail XD at first I dont really care for my HA too till now I start to think for that :)

Were you able to get on Subeta and try the wardrobe with Firefox? That browser is supposed to work the best with the way Subeta is programmed (according to the site's owner, Keith).

You can always file a ticket or go make a thread in the problems and bugs. They're helpful over there. :) I'd try to help but i have no clue what you should do.

Maybe try to downgrade to firefox 3, otherwise yes, ask the staff they are very helpful.

OT, I really havent seen that many mean sellers, but I am sorry you have experienced that.
