So me and my girl's one year is rolling around the corner any by corner i mean next monday.

Everything I had planned to sweep her off her feet failed before I could even get the ball rolling.

I have a few ideas plans like going to a pound and feeding the ducks and taking her to one of the museums i know of as well as the planetarium. I know for sure we are going out for dinner and stuff.

I was just wondering what you 'kids' did for your one year? Or what you would like to do.

I want to do the same thing the as the day we met. Sit on a trampoline under piles of blankets with friends, with people I love, with his arms around me, watching fireworks.

We met on the 4th of July...well, we met the third. But we started being "together" the 4th.

We just had our 1st anniversary. We didn't do anything special, really. Not until he came home with roses for me, and a cake we shared with his family. I was pretty touched, he'd been saying he didn't care much for anniversaries but at least he made me feel special :) Though I was a bit concerned about the roses, since boyfriend is allergic :P (first roses I've ever gotten from a guy, even)

Planetarium sounds amazing! Just do loads of tiny little sentimental things, she'll notice them and appreciate them so much!

Also, totally go with Flowers of some kind, haha. Maybe even get her a flower in a pot? So she can look after it and it will last a lot longer :).

Since I couldn't say when my first boyfriend and I "officially" started going out, we didn't really have an anniversary.

What I would like, though, is just about anything. Probably go somewhere that's sentimental for the two of us - where he first asked me out, where we had our first kiss, etc. I think most relationships have a place like that. Heck, the one I'm in now JUST started, and we already have a sentimental spot - our local street fair, which is where he asked me out.

we did nothing for our 1 year, anniversaries are kinda dumb, i try to do nice things whenever we both feel like it.

for our two year we went out for a slightly nicer dinner than usual, ahahha

just be extra sweet and remind her what a great year it has been :3

What my boyfriend is doing for my one year with him is a big secret. It's just after my birthday, so... I don't know what he's doing. :')

There must be something in the water, because my one year is nearby as well! August 12th. Our first date was at the movies; we saw The Dark Knight. So, for our anniversary, I'm going to buy it on blu ray, go up to his house to give it to him, and watch it with him. :) We'll probably also go out to eat somewhere nice. I'm not sure what he has planned for me. ;o But I can't wait to find out~

ivyatoms- Yes and no. the year marks to me at kind of special since it well only happens once a year. And I kind of 'run away' during out six month due some clients needing me for a project.
