My cat has taken to laying on my keyboard and walking all over it whenever I try to go on the computer. I think she disabled something because now I can't re-arrange my tab placements. Anyone encountered this problem and know how to solve it? Cat being cause of troubles is not necessary to be part of your experience.

I can click on different tabs I just can't rearrange them. For example the first tab can't switch places with the second tab. I'll try closing via task manager.
