I never notice when I have Oracle Quests because they occur when I'm doing Wizard Quests (lol) but the last one I did gave me +6 Speed C:

Yeah the Oracle always sends my pet up about 6 levels. It's nice, but it's always the Level stat - therefore costing me even more to level up at the Training Centre!
