I want to battle with Atze, but it isn't showing him in the options. He isn't in a battle right now, so I don't know what's going on! He is currently my active pet, I don't know if that makes a difference or not.

Go to statistics and click get unstuck from battle.

Heres your problem:

Level: 6 Strength: 10 Defence: 10 Health: 0/14 Speed: 0 Intelligence: 0

Thats your pet. It has no Health, go to The Healer in Riverside valley, and heal your pet, and you should be able to fight again ;)
