I was playing Item Hunt. He asks for a Clear Glass Handled Flask. I usually C+P the item name into the shop search bar if it's long so that's what I did with this one.

Everyone knows that when you type an item name into the shop search bar, the exact item will come up. Well not this time. A Filled Clear Glass Handled Flask came up instead. And I clicked to buy one which cost me 44,000sp. I didn't check because I typed the exact name so it should have come up as that item.

So I thought 'No worries, I'll just get the item I was SUPPOSED to get.' But it doesn't show up. It's like Clear Glass Handled Flask doesn't even exist. So I had to also quit Item Hunt x__x

ee it's one of those glitched items :( someone kindly found me one in the furniture last time it happened :x sorry about that! chase is full of tricksies

Yeah, I had a feeling it was glitched. If I'd have just realised that the glass I was about to buy was FILLED instead of empty I'd have saved a lot of SP. You just don't expect for that to happen, though. Oh well.

Unlucky... So far he's given only asked for really high priced items.

I know how you feel I have had the same proble with that flask on a wiz quest alot of things are glitched just now.

He and the wiz both did that to me not that long ago :D

And I think I was in the fifties on item hunter, but I really can not remember :D

That happened to me once, I was so confused.

Luckily it was the wizard and not chase xD sorry for your bad luck though

I don't think its glitched as i did the same thing. All you need to do is type glass handled flask and wait for the dropdown to pop up with related items.

And yup just checked, it still appears. :)

The good news is, you can always resell the item you accidently bought. Sorry to hear you got unlucky with the quest :[

I tried that already and it didn't work for me. I think I tried it a couple of times actually. And it still does it now. Maybe it's only glitched for me o_0

Thats so weird because i had done it while i was typing that and both popped up for me.
