I agree with Grey. The mouth looks weird try using or a different expression.

I'm not too crazy about the necklace with that outfit. Maybe try a gothic collar?

well i would probably change your top. the dress's pattern clashes with your cardigans pattern. So either get a solid colored shirt or remove the cardy. :x Other than that, the waist area seems a little empty, maybe a nice belt or sash to match?
