I've noticed a lot of items with Japanese names (oishii, onegai, chibi, etc) on this site, so I'm curious if Yume is one of them.

The book "All I Want For Luminaire Is Yume" makes me think it's pronounced "yoom", but with the Japanese amount of material on thie site, it might be "yu-may". If it's the latter, then it would be Japanese for "dream".

Anyone know if an official pronunciation is anywhere? :P

I don't think any official pronunciation has been given actually. I don't speak Japanese, but you-mee is the first thing that came to my mind, though you-may sounds plausible too.

I always thought it was you-may. I think the book title is just a play on words and not meant to sound exactly the same.
