I migrated form neopets and that wasn't allowed, Is it allowed here? or can you choose to make free customs or not

: What kind of customs do you mean? Profiles? Pet profiles? Art? Forumsets? All of that is allowed to be sold and bought on Subeta, but you should read the rules in the Art Market forum and the Profiles & Graphics Market forum to make sure you are familiar with how we do things here. :) Free customs are also allowed; we have Art Freebies and Profile & Graphics Freebies subforums for those purposes.
