You need a necklace, then you're perfect. I wish there was black curly hair, but there isn't. Good job with the outfit though. 10/10

9/10 I love Bellatrix, and you did her some pretty good justice. I would maybe try some different eyes, and lips. A necklace is pretty much a must though...
