You can self freeze, however, you still have to wait one year for your current account to clear. The best thing to do is save up and change your UN, honestly.

No, changing your username would not delete everything on your account. If you want to start completely over you'd have to do what said, that is, self-freeze and wait one year to create a new account. Subeta doesn't delete accounts and having two accounts at the same time is against the rules. Sorry!
