I accept 2323 - has been put in your items

Since I joined a month and half ago, I've RSed three of the these things, plus one from the lizards, and I know other people have restocked a few as well. Defense isn't the most active shop, but still, three? I'm definitely not complaining, but it is a little odd

Keith also increase the percentage of items that shops restock, so they RS more frequently. As a result more higher rarities also RS in shops, so that might be part of it.
