Every time i go into battle on my third move my weapons disapear and i end up with a slots spork?

You need to have at least 2 infinite use weapons.

I'm using

Inverted Galaxy Orb

Leidina Look-alike Large Sword

Recycle Blaster

Shinwas Temple Shard

SubetaBall

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure only the Sword is an infinite use item out of the weapons you listed. You need another multi-use item equipped to avoid the slots spork bug.
