I would like to know what you get for spending them.I:E like one strength or do you get more,Thanks for any help

Not sure, but i think you are right. i have points but have not used them yet.

You get +1 stat point per XP amount you turn in. I normally go for health or strength. Level means it will cost more to train your pet in the long run.
