I fought Captain Jacques and I used my GCoS (Gate Keeper Collar of Slavery) on him but he didn't get frozen. The GCoS is suppose to be a guaranteed freeze but it didn't work. Does anyone else have this problem and should I report this?

Freeze is disabled on him I believe. My Dark Matter Duct tape didn't work either. I don't think any freeze will.

He is one of those that can't be frozen. You also can't steal from him.
