I'm looking to add a Freezing item to my battle pet's roster, what do you think I should use?

Theres a lot of items. Though many are ridiculously inflated because of the war.

And also, do you want a 100% freezer?

Good choices would be truth serum, gate keepers collar of slavery, kismets cosmic elixir,.

I just bought an Elixir...of course a 100% freezer. I wouldn't waste 5 mil on anything less! :P
