I was wondering if you would perhaps want to do something with Fractals? I created her yesterday, she is a Glacier lain. I do have a reference-ish for her; its in the HA style of Subeta. Voila

A bit about her is that yes, she is based off Frozen's Elsa but she has some differences; for one, shes part bird. She has the wings of a bird and if she feels threatened she can make her nails come out like the claws on a birds foot. Does that make sense? :x
