People who are on the pirate team in the war and people who didn't choose a side can't get in the Island. There's a link floating around for those people to go to Merena, but they can't vend at OD...

Oh, thank you, but when the war started up a friend of mine got me the Uncharted Land Map piece. :) So I finally got to Omen Island! :)
People who just got the map completed can't go in because the plot from the RS and War is still raging/going on. Just thought I'd post to clear that up :)
