I'd say not as BQ's dont count on your win/loss ratio for your account, Not certain but i doubt it for that reason.

Nope, BQ wins don't count for the plot -- in BQs, all challengers are reset to their starting stats, so it wouldn't be fair. You get a nice reward from Reischen when you finish one of his quests, but nothing else. :)
