If you'd just wait some days for them to deflate again? There is no need to be the first one to get those Achievements, nor will they retire anytime soon. You have plenty of time getting the ones you want, and btw: There are more expensive ones then the red ballon and they've ALWAYS been expensive. There's even one for 30mil+
