Was stocking my wardrobe with balloons only to find that: Kanis, Lasirus and Serpenth balloon animals are not ready for the wardrobe. Will they be at some point?

Well from what I can see [I only looked through quickly] you don't need those balloons for the achievement so it shouldn't matter ^^'
