I once read, about two years ago, that if you haven't received any warnings for an offence in two years, then there was a possibility of clearing all the warnings you have. Is this true? If so, how can I do that? TY.

Not all warnings clear, it's a good idea to file a ticket if you think a warning is due to clear.

The thing is that the individual warning will after two years if you file a ticket, and it depends on the warning (not for posting things involving illegal activities for example). They won't all clear at once either because it depends on when you got them.

I got a warning for using a foreign language on the forums by accident about two years ago, so I suppose they will after all.

And which ticket should I file?

Probably, Appeal a Warning or General Help.
