Finally, a use for being a subscriber, yea?

If we could just or some code, then the poeple who actually are subscribed for a reason would know if something happened. For things like battle (wave releases), open art slots (and auctions, when you're outbit etc), adoption boards and applications ... it could be used so many different ways. I think this would really help some people out.
