I finally went ahead and bought one so that I can turn my bear, Bhalu, Glade. Is there a set time that Peka Glade opens up so that I can fill it, or is it random each day?

I believe it's 8:00AM - 8:59AM Subeta Time and 8:00PM - 8:59PM Subeta Time.
