wardrobe after getting the acheivement, like the poison void set for example, do you lose the achievement?

No, you cannot lose achievements that way. :)

thanks, i just wanted to make sure before i spent my money on items for my wardrobe achievements. :D

I don't think any achievements can be taken back unless it's glitched, reworked to add a prize/title or you cheated to get it. :)
