What does it mean to have a pet with 'a rating of 100 or more?'

I thought my pet Phiend had a rating of 100, but I guess not?

It means your pet's strength, defense, intel, and speed add up to 100.

I don't remember if Level counts. Sorry. ._.

My pet's total is exactly 100.

For me, Subeta noticed right away.
