Does the wizard gave items of r90+? or Have a rarity limit (until r89)?

Equal in other quests, do they have rarity limit??

The wizard's prize limits in rarity stop at r.89

And he will never ask for anything above r.65 (66+ is considered rare and is labeled rare)

But he will give items between rarity 59-89 all at random though... plus the tokens which are rarity 150.
