Nope you will either get it on your next achievement if it is, or you will need to be taxed again.

I was FINALLY taxed today. Brutal but I got three achievements out of it. xD

Then it really isn't, otherwise I would have gotten it with the newest Making a Living tiers. :P

That one won't show up if you get another achievement, you must be taxed again over that amount in order to get the achievement.

It's going to be a long hurtful way to 250m taxed. :(
