Joined: Friday February 16th I haven't gotten my box yet:( Member For: 5 years, 11 months, 3 weeks, 6 days SO close!! Do hours n minutes factor into it? If so..how can i tell when that will be? could i file a ticket?

Yeah sadly hours and minutes do count. Usually you'll get your box the very moment you've joined. So just keep refreshing. :D
