Does your pet need to have read 500 books or have an Intelligence score of 500 to get hired at the SAI??

My pet has an IQ of 500, but has only read 483 books...

500 intelligence, but you could still be rejected. I think its random, once you're over 500, you have a chance of getting accepted.

Thanks for the info! It's getting super expensive to buy books that my pet hasn't read yet. So I've been collecting Intelligence Points on Mystic Spindles.
