Drench the Sponge! Soak 10 Sponge Capsule in water! You do not have this achievement!

how do i get this achievement?

There are small capsules floating around randomly on the pages just like the pumpkins. Click on them and they go to your inventory and there is an option for soak with water (or something like that phrase)
