Hey quick question, anyone know if we collect all the patches we can make ourselves look like ragdolls since they are wearable?

We couldn't because all the patches are in the leg layer, so you can only put on two, or three if you have a GA.

Yes. If you look them up in your wardrobe with the 'all clothing on subeta' option, you'll see that all of them are on the legs :)
