Does anybody knows why I can't create a Terra Focujin Scroll? I have all the ingredients in my inventory, but it doesn't show the option at the Secluded Shrine.

Your pet needs to have at least 20 alchemy points to create that scroll.

Read 5 more books to Bastit, make him your active, and you should be able to make it. :)
