You have to get a token from the wizard and get the quest done in under 10 seconds.

I didn't realize that when trying to do it in under ten seconds that he also had to reward you with a Token as well.

Judging from everyone's replies, it seems you need to get a token to get the schievement.

I never knew that to be honest since I got it on my first try.
