i bought some blue body glitter but i cant figure out how to put it on... i know im lame but please some help would be nice!

Blue Body Glitter is not wearable. Not all items that seem like they would be wearable are. It would be wise to check SubetaHQ to see if they're wearable before buying.

only items with the option 'put in your wardrobe' are wearables ;) So, if it has no 'put in your wardrobe' option, is not wearable.
