Its either really obvious to me or not, do you like metal? XD Some good progressive bands Id suggest Dream Theater (albums: Falling Into Infinity, Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence, Systematic Chaos), Symphony X (The Divine Wings of Tragedy), John Petrucci (Suspended Animation), and Iron Maiden.
