I'm thinking about starting one.. I have no money and no job sooo I'll most likely be using freewebs as the hosting site..

But.. since I'm thinking that it's kinda gonna be like an information fan site with graphics and stuff like that.

But what about copyright issues? What do I do and who do I contact?
