Hey there, a very warm welcome! We are indeed in the midst of our annual Zombie Pandemic event! Every year it runs a little different so we're never 100% sure what will happen, but currently you can go around the Pandemic forums 'kissing' users for hearts. These hearts can be turned in as points in Louis's shop to be used on wearables, collectibles, etc.
