I am pretty sure there are some unknown forces on subeta working against me zapping my pet. I had to zap him 13 times before he changed into anything... anybody else have issues with this?

I think it's really luck of the draw as far as zapping goes. If you're lucky you'll get something you want, if not, keep zapping til you do!
