I know it's a horrible thing to want, but my pets are constantly 'Very Happy' so whenever I try to get the 'Play with a r99 toy' achievement they're always too bored to play with the toys I buy them :(

Anyone have any tips?

do most have minions? if so thats why they are always happy

nope : no minions, and I've barely fed or played with them x.x at least not all of them

Try adopting a pound pet. It'll probably fairly unhappy.

Sometimes it takes a while for their happiness and hunger settings to reset, and then sometimes it doesn't. Sooner or later they should be hungry and bored.

man I hope so, it's been forever x.x and I already have 5 pets so not sure I'm willing to ditch one of them xD

Mine are terminally happy and terminally hungry. lol It would be frustrating if I needed to play with them for an achievement. Fortunately, I can feed them black candy bars for that achievement (which it feels like I'll never finish).

My pets didn't get hungry for like 2 months after they got out of the resort!

Well guess I'll just have to deal without that achievement for now x.x
