does the minion your pet has make a difference when battling? do they really help during the battle? thanks, akame

Minions don't do anything in battle. It's not like Neopets or Ichumon where your pet's minion pops up randomly to attack. There are a couple minions you can equip as weapons and then they work just like any other weapon.

Look through the recommended weapons guide. I remember Fury, various Pie Minions and the Gearshifter were the one that were worth using as weapons. Though it doesn't really make a difference if you attach them as minion they won't do anything in battle and if you attach them as a weapon well then it's no different then attaching any other weapon.
