How about a daily game of bingo or lotto where you pick say 6 numbers between ? and ? and the person with the most winning numbers wins the pool?

A lotto idea has been suggested before and was shot down because of the facts that we already have the potion lotto and making sP is already pretty easy.

How exactly would a bingo game be played? Not something I'm seeing as easy to create.
