I doubt it'd be any harm. That kind of age difference isn't illegal in my area, but you'll just have to see about your area if you're concerned about that. As far as maturity goes... age isn't necessarily a good way to judge maturity... some younger people can be much more mature than some older people, it really depends on the person.

I think you should give it a shot, and see how it goes. :) Can't hurt anything to try, right?
