How do can I get this achievement? ps - is it allowed to ask on forums for solution on completing the achievement?

You have to keep your eye out for threads posted by the programmers for testing and ideas. If yours is implemented you'll get the achievement.

You can get the achievement by helping to beta test the BC right now as well. You'll need a gold account to do that though. :o

BC = Battle Coliseum
There's a thread in the gold account forums right now about it. If you do one battle you get the achievement. That's how I got it earlier today.
