maybe hot topic. they have a lot of that 'to write love on her arms' stuff there i think. they also might sell plain ones as well. if you're looking for them in bulk you should try party or craft stores, they might have them there.

At the Hot Topic near me they just have these bracelets with Boys Like Girls, and Metro Station.
