Yeah, Neo has a lot of problems. I've been there for quite a while. Used to play Nutrinopets too, but they've disappeared. @.@

I've never heard of that site before. 2 or 3 years ago I tried to leave Neo and I joined a bunch of other petsites. Most of them seemed to have vanished.

Yeah, I've joined a bunch too. Can't remember any of them now... Haha, oh well. Also, can you only 'ping' one person per post? I know you can't post twice in a row.

You can ping as many people as you wish in each post, you just have to put @ in front of each username.
